Our application process is quick and easy and can be done in person or online! The timing can vary, but for over 90% of applicants, we will know the results in as little as ten minutes! 

We make applying affordable with application fees of only $50 per applicant. There is a holding fee of $250 which goes towards your move-in costs! 

Most communities charge security deposits of one month to two months' worth of rent! YIKES! We have a more affordable move-in process that can either WAIVE or REDUCE security deposits to $500 for nearly all applicants (subject to screening approvals). Admin fee $100 and Redecorating fee $300. ASK HOW TO SAVE EVEN MORE MONEY WITH OUR PREFERRED EMPLOYER PROGRAM! 

We are Pet Friendly! Limit two pets per apartment. *Breed Restrictions apply. *No exotic or wild animals allowed.  

At Capitol Village, every apartment features a private entrance, so packages are typically delivered directly to the resident’s door. The office may accept certain packages as well. Please contact our office team for additional details.

In addition to monthly rent, residents are responsible for the following utilities and recurring monthly fees:

Uncovered parking is available near each building, allowing most residents to park conveniently close to their apartment entrance.
